Short Night in a few words…
Welcome to Short Night, the online platform We came up with the name thinking of Alfred Hitchcock’s unfinished film « The Short Night ». The Short Night platform offers a wide range of international short films distributed on the web. We take special care to select and offer you a journey into the short film medium, introducing to you tomorrow’s directors. We take great pleasure in sharing with you our passion, offering you various short film genres.

- Short Film: A selection of various short films from around the world with the director’s and his crew’s biography.
- Trailer (We love Short): Promoting the short films you might have the chance to see, or that you may have already seen, on screen at a local film festival…
- News: Academies and international film festivals. But also, interviews and articles on short to feature films – and much more.
The platform is a place to share your thoughts on the short films you have watched.

Ingrid Bernard – Founder & Head of Publications
Eight years’ experience in various film festivals, including the Cork Film Festival (Ireland), the ECU Film Festival in Paris & the Go Short Film Festival (Holland) and a quick appearance in music events such as the Cork Jazz Festival (Ireland).
In 2013, short film festival organizer in the French region of Oise (FFCN).
The idea of creating Short Night emerged about a year ago because I am very passionate about the world of short films, they are tomorrow’s feature films.
Degree in Audiovisual Production Management (EICAR, Paris) and a Masters in Cultural Project Management (IESA, Paris).
Member of the César Academy Short Film Committee since July 2013.
The rest of the team is composed of volunteers and short film lovers.
